7 World Trade Center

Seven World Trade serves as an indirect memorial to the victims of 9/11. The LED curtain at the heart of this piece was designed by Sunrise Systems for artist Jenny Holzer. The text appears to be floating in mid-air and is impossible to miss for visitors passing through the 7 World Trade Center lobby. The LED curtain provides a medium that is 90% transparent so that the message is the focus, nothing else.
